Our gourmet restaurant in Burgundy serves a selection of refined dishes across two menus: the “Tradition” Menu and the “Comtesse de Fleurville” Menu. Both are inspired by a rich and subtle mix of local flavours: foie gras, Bresse pigeon, Charolais meat, langoustines, Burgundy cheeses and gourmet desserts. An “à la carte” option is available too.
Legendary chef Alain Ducasse has honoured our restaurant including it in the "Tables Remarquables" group, with "bonnes tables" accreditation.
Restaurant open from 8am to 10am for breakfast and from 7pm to 8.30pm for dinner (time of last order).
